Refund Policy

At Adminly, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains when refunds are possible and how to request one.


1. General principle

You may request a refund for a pack purchased on Adminly within 14 days of the purchase date, provided the service has not yet been delivered in the form of a final document.

Subscriptions (Member, Self-employed, Trustee plans) are non-refundable — you may cancel them at any time, and your access remains active until the end of the current billing period.


2. Eligibility conditions

Single packs

A pack becomes non-refundable as soon as you have downloaded the corresponding final document:

As long as you have not downloaded this document, you remain eligible for a refund within the 14-day window.

All-in-one Bundle (CHF 129)

The bundle is eligible for a partial refund: we refund pro rata based on packs not yet used.

Example: if you have downloaded the Tax PDF but none of the other three documents, you are entitled to a refund of (3/4) × 129 = 96.75 CHF.

Subscriptions (Member, Self-employed, Trustee)

In line with standard SaaS practice, subscriptions are non-refundable, including pro rata. You may cancel them at any time from your account dashboard — your access remains active until the end of the paid period, then closes automatically.


3. Exceptional cases

We always issue a refund, outside the time window and regardless of the point of no return, in the following cases:

  • Confirmed Adminly bug preventing use of the service
  • Duplicate payment or Stripe-related technical error
  • Goodwill decision at our discretion (dispute, justified dissatisfaction)

4. How to request a refund

Email support@adminly.ch including:

  • Your Adminly email address
  • The pack concerned
  • The reason (optional, but helpful for us to improve the service)

We respond within 48 business hours.


5. Processing

Once the request is approved:

  • The refund is processed via Stripe to the original payment method
  • The credit appears within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank
  • Access to the pack concerned is disabled immediately — you may repurchase it at any time if needed

6. Legal framework

This policy is governed by Swiss law. It supplements, without replacing, the legal protections applicable to consumers residing in Switzerland.

In the event of a dispute, the place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Adminly, subject to mandatory provisions applicable to consumer contracts.
